Yes. To add a blog to existing text or image:

Click on "Options"
"Borders/Position"
"+ Blog Options"

Under the Blog Options you can choose whether or not to display the blog, restrict blogging to administrators, whether to display it inline or in a separate window.

You can also add images to your blog by using the following html code:
